1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Sale items and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-15 business days

Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within Canada. For international orders, shipping fees will vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website under the Track My Order section or via the shipping carrier's website.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we are unable to make changes as it will already be processed. Please contact customer support immediately if you need assistance.

7. How do I care for my clothing?

Care instructions are provided on the garment’s tag. In general, we recommend washing in cold water and air drying to maintain the quality of your clothing.
